Statement

In accordance to a statement I made several months back, this blog will become inactive this evening.

This blog stands as a collection of footnotes, which notate the work I am and     

have been producing during my thesis year in the undergraduate photography     

program at the School of Visual Arts in New York.

This blog will become inactive on May 13th, 2011 – the day after my     

graduation from said institution. This blog will remain on the web but updates   

 will cease indefinitely. All traffic will be linked to and from to my forthcoming website.***

Though I feel this blog has been a good forum for me to archive the progress of my work throughout the past year, I feel that it should remain as just that – an archive of my thesis year. An archive, which includes music I was listening to, things I was looking at, writing, thinking, and making.  I feel it is important for me to note that my work isn’t going through major sail shifts, so to speak, but the environment in which I’ll be working is.  It will inevitably be very different from that which I worked within for the past year for the simple fact of me being officially outside of an undergraduate program. I am interested in highlighting this by shifting the digital space in which I host works in progress and the things that happen in-between the in-between stages.

This blog is inactive as of May 13th, 2011 – the day after my formal graduation from the aforementioned institution.  This blog will remain live on the web, but updates will cease indefinitely.  The password will be changed by an outside party so as to safe guard against the potential of my breaching this statement.  If need be, I will have said party sign me in to change sensitive information regarding the updates of links, etc.  If this is to occur, I will make note of it within this very body of text, accompanied by the date and time.
